By donating to The Actors Benevolent Fund of NSW Inc, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:


Online Donations

Please note that all monies donated The Actors Benevolent Fund of NSW Inc. (ABFNSW) are used charitably at the discretion of the ABFNSW Management Committee. The wishes of donors are, wherever possible, taken into account by the Committee when allocating available funds.


Refund Policy 

A refund may be available if you make an error in your donation. Please email us on info@actorsbenevolentfund.org.au


Currency

All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD$).

Transactions will appear on your credit card statement as “The Actors Benevolent Fund of NSW Inc.”


Personal Information of Donors and Supporters

We use your personal information for the purposes of processing your donation, financial reporting, and contacting you about our activities and events. If you have chosen to make a public donation, then we may disclose your name and the amount of the donation on our website for as long as the fundraising campaign continues (variable by campaign). If you do not wish to have your information displayed, you can opt to make an anonymous donation.

Most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges that result from unauthorised use of your credit card, or may limit your liability to $50.00.
